An artist … a maker of masks, dolls, and artesanato… and a creative community worker, Sol Bahia devotes his life and his art to celebrating Brazilian heroes of liberty and to helping poor children see an alternative to destructive bonds of poverty, drugs, and prostitution. He is strongly committed to working with children in street performance.
